Will ABG items still be helpful in pvp in 3.0?

 

very much so abg is still better armor for a dps set than the 3.0 armor
3.0 armor would be better for maybe an mr,parry,or block set
but due to low stat conditioning effects and they do not have set bonus like abg does
it wouldn't really make a great set for a sin for example versus abg
the weapons are still some of the best for combines esp if your going to be using
balic weapons it would be more productive to have the balic on top and abg sub
if your not rolling around in money/credit saving like some ppl to jump off the back and get full 60 weapons
and stuff from the shop IF they are in there

I was also wondering about this...I've almost completed my ABG plate set for my gladiator(still need gloves - wapons and other plate pieces are all +15 ).. it would be a real shame after all that voting to be left with a weak armor

 

as they've said above, ABG will still be better

 

as what ive heard abg set bonus will change when 3.0 comes out. and i have visited 3.0 crystal and seen the 3.0 lv 60 pvp gear, i can say it is way better now..with magic suppression, more MR, More evasion, more physical def and more pvp attack/defense percentage, more accu, attack, MA, and everything.

 

3.0 gear is better..

 

ABG will one day on gamez have to be let go of,it cannot be the top armor forever
regardless though it will still be a strong armor especially in 3.0
it might not be the best but that doesn't mean its going to be the weakest

 

don't worry your selves, it doesn't mean that 60 gears will easily Rape ABG players in 3.0, but, still, 3.0 gears will still have the advantage.

 

So this means, ABG will still be better than EAC? (Elite Archon Captain's/Commander's)

 

on this server ABG armor is better because of the made up stats versus retail where it has no sub stats at all or set bonus
there 3.0 gear would be more efficient as armor here not so much unless you willing to scarfice quite a bit to make up the stats
unless the developers decide to make up stats for 3.0 gear here as well the 3.0 armor conditioning stats are
well the suck bad +6 ma...yay? lol
the acc and weapons from 3.0 far exceed abg
that guys comment about abg gear versus 3.0 gear very much untrue could be compared to egt and abg gear
here now except very different because abg stats and 3.0 pvp stats are very close where egt and abg are completely diff stat wise
both 3.0 and abg gear are both on far with each other depends on what your willing to scarifice for each

 

its not better...... lv 60 pvp eternal gear is still better.. even the lv 60 fabled gear has same pvp percentage but a very little slight gap from abg can still be better than abg as it has magic suppression where abg dont have.. in terms of set bonus , abg has the advantage but i doubt the set effect of abg in 3.0 will change..

me too. i wish i can have it soon. but i prefer the archon captain/commander divine than the elite archon captain/commander..

 

idk which ever one has the best stats and has to be conditioned using ap thats the one i will be in. The first thing i plan on getting in 3.0 is my cloud though. I could care less about the armor i want my flying nimbus

I think the ABG w/ the set bonus might actually be better. The 3.0 gear doesn't have set bonus' and the conditioning isn't too amazing. Still, they look boss. The weapons are definitely much better.

 

Of course 3.0 gear will be better,though with restrictions,players above rank 1 can wear them,also glads can no longer use chain armors lvl 60. Looks like the new armors have low physical defense. ABG wont be bad,just no longer the best,just think that abg still has the parry bonus effect,thats a good thing..

 

ABG will remain best overall, unless you plan on conditioning the new EAC gear instantly every few hits. Don't bother with them unless you "have" to or have the ability to do so without stretching your neck. It really ain't worth it.

 

Lemme see keeping my abg set or going for the new set w/c could exceed 15k vip creds xD nah i go for my old stuff ain't matter zerg's still catching up on me
