Asmos in ingisson illusion fortresse is it possible?

Oke, hello admin or GM i wanna an answer plis.Is possible that asmos are in ingisson illusion fortresse now? Esactly near southville.Is not anymore safe zone for elyos this?Are 3 guys 2 of them have name (Saciah-Grrr)
and other no time for see name .. because i died.If they use bug or somthing plis log in game and ban them.Because is not possible that players must ruined the game in this way.

The screenshot i sended is asmos inside fortresse.... So why the guards are still there when they dont defend from enemy attack?
Is better delete guards and put CHEERS LEADER there with flag write welcome asmos inside fortresse...For dont talk of guards that everywhere are not attacking enemyes when they go inside villages ... i m talking about jejaparan , where especially there asmos killing every time also flight npc....Is it a legal way too play? Gm? i wait your answer...

 

Its because they r on mounts.

 

So they avoid the guards using a mount and come inside fortresse ( the picture i sended ).And this mean use a bug...and in rules for sure is write that the continue use of bug is punished with ban.Isnt it dear Ando?Or this is the way too avoid also in legal mode guards?
