Why am I lagging?

I have this PC specs:

Core 2 Duo E7400 2.9GHz
Sapphire 7750 1GB DDR5
2GB RAM
Seagate 240GB HDD
Net is 1.5 mbps


Not sure if it's because of my Proc & RAM

 

i m sure that u are from Spain....spanish net sux )) live with it

 

IDk if ur Laggi from Network ( Ping ) or Freeze Screen
if is freeze screen, i sugguest u what Clear ur Pc inside, i did it in my computer and ....im not lag ( just a bit )
Try downloading Leatrix Latancy for reduce ur ping..

Well, if you have lag, lag of the net, Leatrix is very useful. I normally have 800 ping without it and with Leatrix now, it's only 400-500 And YAY!!!! I REALLY HATE WIRELESS CONNECTION, ESPECIALLY THIS GLOBE WIMAX ._. I hope I'd get PLDT soon or some kind of DSL connection.

But my PVP is still fine, I only hate when one person is ambushing me, that makes me lag. A pvp of 2-3 ppl is fine with me. JUST NO ZERG ._.

 

I thought you meant graphical lag. Not latency lag. You just keep on saying last night about lag but you didn't specify which one?

 

I'd say graphical lag. I get around 600ms.

The settings are auto-detect(weird that it's not set as the highest graphical quality atm)

When there's a lot of npc's or when I load or something I lag.

 

That's normal. Because it uses alot of resources to load them.

System Requirements in MMORPGs are not accurate, it may go up depends on what you encounter (Especially in loads of zerg, might want to go Shift+F12 to get rid of it)

 

Try first with leatrix.
Then u can try with connecting your pc with network with cable, not wi-fi.
Thirdly, go in to game options, lower graphics and put uncheck on weather, put characters detail to low and show details only to yourself or pt.
And last, put fixed fps.

You don't have to if that's what you want but reduce those graphic settings that increases resource usage. e.g. Weather effects, glow effects, bloom eff. etc.

try that..not rlly work for me but work for others well

 

I did Leatrix it decrease my ms around 100-200 ms.

leatrix fix and nagle's algorithm are the same thing. and good for online gaming, makes your connection simultaneously connected to the game server. anyway, maybe its your internet. i'm also in from ph and and i can say that not all internet connection here are reliable. i'm running with 3mb internet and i can support 14pc's all connected to gamezaion. and also running only w/ amd processor and nvidia gt9500/ gt220 / gt440 and ati radeon 5570 w/ less lag to no lag when not buffing anything like facebook apps or youtube videos. i also use leatrix fix

 

use 2gib video card :S

if u have low fps nothing of those craps will help you only i can suggest u need quad core processor and 4 GB ram atleast.... GPU u have enough good Time i going and games got higher graph so from exp dual cores aint good anymore even old quad cores suck if they arent overclocked and for aion it's really consume ur processor and RAM ... i upgraded my PC and i use HD 5750 but i have 8 GB ram and FX 4100 clocked to 4,6 GHz and i get no lags on maxed out settings even in huge zergs (anyways gona buy GTX 670 soon )

I can't really upgrade my PC's processor yet. It'll cost me around $300.
Since I'll need a new motherboard + processor + ram

 

hmm i made my PC at net shop new motherboard new processor new ram new hard drive new keyboard and it costed for me 280 Euros well i payed 60 euros for dilivery About those progs i used to play on bad PC and i tried them... all i got more lags and windows reinstalattion
