    It's a subscription, so it's a monthly fee....I think. The program itself is the full version, so you'll need to subscribe in order to use WTFast...or something.

    I think you're going to really struggle to find a program like this that is provided free, without charge.

    Though, www.reducethelag.com has a 30-day free trial if that's good enough for you.

    I just chose Siel and tested it; it ended up working great. You're probably just going to have to choose one and test it out for yourself.
