Housing

As you all know, many of the Players that came back to Gamez after the 3.0 update, came for the New Zones/Housing/etc.

I was wondering however, do they know that only a few players will have houses and the rest will have small studios?
The houses if i'm right will be purchased by the highest bidder (Whoever will place the largest kinah amount). How is this gonna happen when there's a 10b cap? o.o
Are the houses going to be added to the credit store or something? (Just say yes and i'll quit right now..)
Are they not going to be implemented at all?
Is the staff going to make them somehow Infinite like with the studios?

Y'all know that many will leave if they don't get a house.

Discuss and don't flame plox, i don't care if you're poor, sell ur credits for kinah when they'll add the houses!

So do i, and every other player in Gamez i guess. I really doubt we will get what we want, we will end up quitting if the staff doesn't find a solution :x and i honestly can't think of one. Every1 is gonna ask for the houses in Oriel (I'm an Elyos yarr!). Who's gonna get em?

Not someone who will make a Special Donation i hope because i'd quit instantly.

Anyways, kinah ain't the subject. Any staff member(s) who know anything about the housing?

 

Omg I've played retail for a little bit, and I had a studio, which was pretty nice xD

 

on retail you give kinah every week. something like a rent.

taking in consideration that we don't even know when housing will be implemented, i wouldn't talk about it because it makes me even more anxious

 

If you came back for housing then quit again and go play sims.

Seriously it's the most crappy part of the update imo.

New zones , new items , new instances , new skills and mounts is what realy mattered for me.

 

New Zones?
Copies of the old maps like Theobomos and Morheim, boring.

New Items?
Just some diffirent textures and stats that will ruin pvp even more.

New Instances?
The items they will drop will be almost useless. EDIT: If they agree to implement a wing remodelling function, maybe then it'll get interesting as the wings have nice looks.

New Skills?
Made some classes OP and some weak, also ruined pvp.

Mounts?
All i've been seeing is people using them to escape from a fight.

What's nice for you is crap for me, what's crap for you is nice for me =)
Houses are the perfect thing for me as i've lost my interest in pvping and i only chat with friends/duel nowadays in sanctum.

 

The part of the housing that is awesome is the guestblooms and hearthblooms. Hopefully this system will be working once they get the housing going. One of the first questions about the housing brought to Alente and Carl was about the kinah cap b/c the houses are put up for auction so they are aware of that. None of the houses/estates/ etc are going to be put for donation.
