    hello,
    yesterday i play the game normally after i re-log to change to other account there are some error appear, i wonder why I can't log in to the game, its say about:
    "you cannot access the game through this ip.(22)"

    and its happen to my other games ID, but i can access my account at gamezaion site but it cannot access any menu on there than i check on the ban system menu it not say about anything.
    i do all vote system and play the game Legally.
    i need some explanation and help about it,

    You got banned, thats obvious, for what reason i can't tell you just go on Welcome to Gamez Aion - Aion Private Server and then on the cp you go on ban system to see for what reason you got banned.

    if its empty, you probably got cought multi-voting which results into a perma ban ;) (bad boy) =O

    and i check the ban system there are not say anything wrong.

    Well if you play in internet cafe's and vote there ;O could be possible.. but well, the only thing which can be the reason for being banned without anything in the ban system is multivoting so try to pm an AM or better try to immediatly pm Alente to know what happens.

    your ban for multi voting reason sir....you cant do anything about this unless you make a new account and start all over again...sad to say but its true.

    Any type of ban besides multi-voting appear in the ban system menu. If the screenshot you posted is correct then you were indeed banned for multi-voting and the ban will not be reversed. Multi-voting bans are unable to be appealed.

    This is also a problem for me, what I do is click on the opposite server of what I'm in and it comes up as another voting site. And I just get credited for it.
