    You must break sm attack everytime he cast to you. avoid him/her to used his/her insta fear skill. the 1st time you encounter sm dont hesitate to attack him you must used your berserker in order to break his shield then spam your skill as hard as you can & pray he wont get away from your stumble, snare/ silence. X_X

    True though that silence alone cannot kill an SM but we must admit that some chars or most actually just proc to much silence that it makes SM easy to deal with. I see the reason why others think of SM's are OP right now. It's probably due to our upgraded cancellations that hits quite a good damage.

    Sometimes the right buffs and armor works too. Layla for example, an elyos sorc (siel) has a good defense against SM's DOT. I was only able to deal 200'sh DOT damage on her with highest DOT skills buffed on her. I usually hit glad about 1.0-1.6 dot damage.The reason is she has a good magical defense.

    elemental scrolls, elemental food, Magic suppression buff + Elemental def buff + probably magic suppression armor.

    well it's kinda impossible to win vs sm when it's duel, but as everyone said get high mr and try to deal first dmg, so there you have chance :3

    bind him then stunlock. and do the combo you have. but this is when as long as you get him first. :D

    ya thats the only bug ive seen with the sm is pets being farking useless, which is reallying annoying for farming pve, or doing instances cause your pet has maybe 2k health and dies in one hit....including your earth spirit...

    Crowd control is only good for SM if your crowd is stupid, else they'll come and eat your first.

    It depends upon the User.. any class can kill SM easily if they know how to use there class..
    and if you want you can have some other set and make it full MR for macro it will help a lot :)
