How to get Gold medals?

I know you can get medals from instances but the main way to gather them is through seige/defense.
Whats the best way to maximize your chances of medals at seige?

u know, just help ur faction whenever a fort is vulnerable, maybe pvp a bit inside the forts, then go home.. medals will be delivered.. that's how it was during the old days (in gamez)..

 

why you want the medalls now? the NPC that sell the ithems for AP+Medall are bugg/dissable I was try bought the GBG Head and it doesn't works.

 

ABG/GBG cant be gotten in game, vote/donation shop only

Join faction at terminon, do daily for radiant token. With this token, u can exchange for gold medal chest.

The daily quest is kill 5 asmos in inggison.
