    What is causing this?

    I had an asmo chanter and they got enhancement mantra w/o socketing, my elyos templar has bodyguard, but I've yet to see anyone that actually has ALL skills...

    not sure some ppl said it happened when they transfered which i doubt cause i transfered my sin 5times.(same sin) no difference.
