    why ?

    just to get people's attention

    Maybe you are talking about the Enchanced Sorcerers Robe costume, because I think those are the ones that seem rare.

    I think that more item is rare, people want it more. Nowadays its not is it pretty or isn't it, it's more about how rare it is.
