    Balaur drops, as someone said; Gelk, Reshanta and Beluslan--- but there is a better way. There is a shugo in Panda and Sanctum that trade your heart of magics for 100 boiling balaur blood stains.... so if you have already crafted some failures, just trade them for the stains... and then you only need the 12 balaur hearts. The nice part of this, is when you lvl a new char and reach lvl 50 you ll get some rewards, as everyone knows. That reward is 3 Hearts of magic... so with a little patience you can get a lot of boiling stains... and you only need to farm the balaur hearts... :p

    You were able to get the crafted heart to crit? I have done it 31 times and it has not crit. As you know that is a LOT of mats. Any suggestions on how to get it to crit or how to complete the quests? I have three pieces..

    As far as I know these quests were never fixed because you can buy the set in the item shop.
