caracter bug

    My caracter named Petiking bugged.When i select it and click start the game exit,if i click on other chars the game starts.I already send an unstuck request yesterday but nothing happens.Pls do something:)
    i play on lumiel

    lol i log in with my other char on the same acc and i see my char Petiking online...
