if you're talking about the empyrean lord, he died a while ago and reincarnated into lephar... good luck finding Lord Lephar?

 

you can't find him cuz the quest that he appears in isn't added xD, otherwise he didnt "reincarnate" it's just another name for him, and he didn't die he hid away to try and combine the Aether and Drana energies and rule Atreia (yes the same overused scheme).

 

wait....what? o.o

I hate this, I need to get the 3.0 campaign quests, this is annoying >.>...

EDIT: so he let Siel take all the responsibility for saving atreia and he trolled his way out?

 

not quite, supposedly he helped keep it "patched up" and then rolled his way into balaurea (planets surface) to unite with the balaur for some random reason allowing him to use the Drana ( their Aether, also they are like opposite magnets and normaly stuff mutates when it gets close to both of them < part of the gelk campaign>) so he left Siel in a Seal like dimension where she keeps up the two halves of the planet intact ( kinda like a laptop battery lol) and is currently spanking tiamat in her humanoid form

 

this is outrageous -.-
