If this was ILLEGAL as you call it .. the server wouldn't last a single second.. You can make your own P.server as long as you don't change anything in the original database of the game, Which afaik hasn't been done here nor in any other place.
I've seen L2 Server who were about to get sued yet they stood alive due to the fact of they weren't making anything illegal or wrong by making a P.server.

Well stuff is OP indeed.. I got WOC2 + 3x ABG Sets + Some NCC Stuff + ABG Weaps for 12.5k creds ~
[Consider I'm getting around 20 (24)k creds monthly in order to trade or just as savings (And I never got my VIP taking into account that my app was sent like 1 month ago.. perhaps even more)] Which leads me to get OP offers for most of the stuff I'm selling [EAC Stuff mostly]
Don't get me wrong.. I'd never ask for an add for a fair trade, However just by posting my 12.5k Creds offers on the forums you'll see how Op the market is nowadays.. Regular offers tend to be WOC2 + 2x ABG Sets with rare remodels btw..
Just as another example ~ I got a n ABG Leather Set with NTO Remodel (Haven't seen a single player so far with this remodel on leather) for 5k creds.. But when it comes to its actual price.. Considering that NTO weaps might not be in the shops anymore since they plan to add 3.0 AP conditioning stuff on the next shop, The set could worth over 20k creds due to its rarity and lack of sellers.
Anyways ~ You're actually right but you can't just change that fact.
I've seen everyone asking for adds, not just the ppl some mention here.. Also calling someone retarded (specially if it's a particular group of people) might be considered as racism wether you meant it or not.

The economy will stay like that untill a bigger part of the server gets geared up with EAC or the AP conditioning sets which might be available on 4th July or X-Mass. .

Also ~ If you compare an ABG Ring to an EAC Ring, Disregarding the Magic cancel (+15 or so, which is actually nothing compared to what a set adds) it doens't even add much stuff.. You end up getting like +4 Crit , +2 Atk, +60 HP and minor bonuses if you compare them with te ABG bonuses ofc.. I dont' really think why are they "superior" when the stats are almost the same... Also this applies to weapons, Stats are almost the same .. they just give a minor boost to some stats yet nothign which could be meaningfull.

Sets are the only "OP" thing we can say .. Just b/c of Magic Suppression.. But I'd rather wait to get the AP condit ones, Which is why I traded my sets for some other stuff, and kept only 2 to pvp for now..

Selling service of something that you don't own the right of and making profit out of it, is illegal from any point of view.

None Pserver owns the rights to publish the game to the people, nor to use it as a way to make money out of it.

OT: The economy is doomed because the ones who should care, they simply don't as long as there is a cash flow.

 

i hope they put that ap cond set on dec its too early for july.. they shouldnt put eac in the 1st place if there gonna release that ap cond set..qq

all i can say is. no one can stop those player trading those things. and offering. that's life of the game. let's just accept the reality. we can't deny that there are a lot of people competing about those new items. that's why they offer more about what doe's other player offer. .

I think they don't wanna bother at the moment, that's why they went ftp, but sooner or later all those ILLEGAL cuz they ILLEGAL servers will go offline.
