when i login it it says'Failed to connect to the game server''please repair it i wanna play this game

Try and use the Player Unstuck Request, maybe not the solution to the problem, but worth a try.

Player Unstuck Request has nothing to do with Log-in problems though.

 

it usually internet problems when stuff like that appears, I suggest reset your modem, and restart you computer after. hope this helps =)

 

I've restarted my pc but i have the same problem...i can't start to play with my char...(

Okay then I will repost this in your thread.
When your done typing your account name & Password and try to log-in but something
" You're already logged in " pops out.

Type your ID and password once again and it will take you to NCSOFT User Agreement (Wait for atleast 2min) Accept it. If it'll will still disconnects you,keep doing the same thing.

Try when your on the terms of agreement, click reject, let the client shut down, then start it and login again, that should log out the account properly .

Try repairing your launcher .

Check if your firewall is interfering.

 

If you try to log in and the client says
"You're already logged in" then you'll be disconnected from the server, you don't need to open a new one:·3.

If you're referring to the reject thing, it is smartik's answer to my question , posted it as an alternate way incase the 1st method to solve CryCry's problem won't work.

 

i've resolved that problem i did what you said to me but for exemple i can stand online with my char but when i want to login with another (same acc)game is shut down...why?i sent to gm player unstuck request but my char is still useless sorry if i did trouble for someone...i only want to play this game without problem....T.T

maybe ur firewall is blocking it..do u use reducethelag ping reducer?

 

im having the same problem right now... i play all the time, but right now it wont connect. website doesnt work either. only gamezaion.com though. my friend was able to play and he lives down the road. that leads me to believe there is an ISP issue...
