Problem starting the game, please help.

I downloaded the full client, i let it install and update as much as it needed till it said- Ready to play.
Than i download the GamezAion Client and started the game, at first it seems fine it starts and the a few secounds after showing the "NC SOFT" logo i guess the game crashes becaouse it does NOT RESPOND.

What can i do to fix it? thanks.​

 

Does it give you any error. Be specific.

 

It just like i said, the game stops and doesnt go beyond the NC SOFT logo, no Error or something like that,when i push Ctr+Alt+Del it just shows -"AION - NOT RESPONDING" .

 

Is your video card Nvidia 6800 at all? Or try to look in the Windows Firewall setting and allow all aspects of Aion to have access.

 

I have Nvidia GeForce 8400 GS
I had Aion once and it work no problem

 

Hmmm... See if you can rename your aionbin32 folder. Again, check your firewall settings too, coz sometimes that's mostly the culprit.

 

I check and it is not the FireWall nor the Antivirus, any other ideas?

 

you putted gamez client files in ur aion folder? 0_o

 

delete your L10 folder and your item.pak then repair and try again.
