I've donated 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for my credits

    Hello.


    5 days ago (Sunday, 8th), I've donated for 5k credits in my account by Super Rewards. The following day I've sent them an email asking about my credits, but they only answered "We've recived your inquiry", and that's all.


    Until now, I've sent them 5 emails asking about my credits situation and they don't answer me, I don't matter if I have to wait some days more, but I'm worry because they don't answer and I don't have my credits u.u


    What can I do? I have to wait more days? I've also sent an email to
    [email protected] but I haven't received an answer yet.

    you need to wait for them to respond with more information for you. if they got your email.then you may not have included enough information for them such as your transaction receipt that they mail you or a confirmation number that will help them find the transaction in question.

    now, I do understand waiting is annoying I ha w had to in the past as all but normally get what I've donated for, only once were some of my transactions refunded and that can take a few days if that is what they Decided to do.

    Transaction receipt? When I made the transaction, they didn't send me anything. After some hours I logged into my account and I clicked on "Receive alerts about your points". Then they sent me an email with this:



    Hi, thank you for submitting your email address. Please click here to confirm:

    Super Rewards



    But they never sent me an email with any code or receipt or something.

    in that case I would suggest you ask them about the latest abductions on your account, and provide as much info as possible to them. such as you sr account name, date of donation, and how much etc.

    wish we were able to do more for you, than you than just this and have you talk with them.

    Ok, thanks. I'll try to do that, but I don't think they answer me u.u

    I sent them 5 messages in their contact page and provided all the info I could. The status of the transaction changed to "Viewed" in green, but they didn't answer.
