Failed to connect to game server !

i have this message since yesterday and i still dont know how to fix it (Failed to connect to game server)

i was waiting for a server restart but it is still the same >.<

1) my son is connected and playing at the moment im typing this and we are using same IP

2) i tried everything what Lhuv said : wait 2 minutes once you are in agreement terms and retry it many times... i tried to reject too tho...I REMOVED ping reducer too... still same thing...

3) i repaired my client with ncsoft launcher!!!! game version is 3.04 now

4) i can see my char Javinpek connected with my son's account ( fortunatly not moving ^^)

5) im stuck in vortalgem battlefield obelisk

6) i used unstuck request and Still cant play :-/

7) Can Any Gm help me pls ? its getting long since yesterday >.<

Are you using any ping reducer?

 

yes im using leathrix and i forgot to say i removedd it ^^

 

Because sometimes ping reducers make you dc >< well try not to use any if you can login.

 

I encounter this problem before..... the way i solved it is by doing system restoration on my pc....

 

i dont think system restauration would fix anything becos my son can log his char with my computer...its not a pc problem its only a server problem

 

ERmmm.... so maybe this is server prob then..... you probably need admin to check this problem

 

yeah thats what im waiting for ^^ but i can log now ! only my javinpek char cannot play ! i dont know why !!!and its funny i can see it with my other char

i am having with the same problem to you ... i cant log in my account because of this message "Failed to Connect to Game Server" .. but why is it i can log in my brothers account ? whats the problem of my account or is it the servers problem ....

If people are having the same problem, then I think the only way to fix it is by a Server Restart.

 

Just now .. I can log in my account but my supermaniac character is unable to play .. Because if i log in it , the game automatically sends me out of the game ..

Help please !!

 

This means your char is stuck, Login Gamez site/User CP/Unstuck Player Request.

Don't Login your char or it wont work, and just wait for the next Server Restart.

 

my main char Javinpek is still dead in vortalgem obelisk since 3 days now !!!! what can i do? i tried all

im pretty sure server restarted 2 or 3 times since im dead

any GM to help me pls ?
