DONATION NOT RECIEVED and SUGGESTIOIN FOR SUPPORT

hi, i made a donation over 24h ago via paypal. on my paypal account it says that the funds were transfered already, and that they were recieved by the seller, but i still didnt recieve credits ingame. it would be great if a GM could check the transaction or smth. and it would be very helpful if there was a support team or person online in ventrillo or smth, so issues regarding donations could be solved easier and faster. i mean its your primamry form of income, so i think it would be nice if it was more comfotable for your customers to contact you. thank you.

 

If you haven't gotten your credits with 24-48 hours, you will need contact whatever Donation method you used, either Payment Wall or Superrewards. I don't thing GMs can do anything about it though.

Well, without any proof they can't. But if there is a proof and if lets say payment isnt replying and it still didnt come, I even think higher gms or admin can do.

But for now, be patient some of players get instant credits with donations, and some which i knew, got them even after a week.^^

 

a week is a bit long dont u think) considering that the transfer takes seconds)) and the main point being is that on my paypal account it says that the vendor already recieved the payment, thats why i was wondering why its taking so long... but its ok, i will wait) and how can i get intouch with GM's in case smth goes wrong?

 

and it seems that the staff in vent are never there to ask them for assistance))

 

Send a PM to Alente with your account name and donation details, he might be able to help you more than any staff members.

As for being in Vent, I'm going to try and be on more often. I used to be on more often but since my mic broke I forgot about it. You can find me there right now as Slyther.

i did what u advised to do, i msged Alente, but he did not reply still. and its been over 48h since my donation... maybe theres another solution for this?

 

Your best bet woudl be first to contact the support for the method you donated with.

They may require verification of who you are to prove that you are making a legitament transaction. Happened to me before once, was annoying but it got cleared up rather fast.

Only Alente and Carl have any access to the donation records, and with that I am fairly sure only Carl would have any real contacts with them for any such what not.

Though first and foremost you need to talk with the method you donated with, as they may have flagged your donation as fraudulent.
