Wtf all chars missing from my acc ffs

wtf happened to my acc
is there any way to get items back?
edit: today i logged in after 2 weeks and this i what i found



and 2 weeks ago i had
-Full Abg Cleric
-Full Abg Assassin
also this is the only screenshot i have of my items

Maybe u are hacked?

 

dont know i never gave my acc and pass to anyone

 

case 1: your account have been hacked, You will have nothing back.
case 2: You are on the wrong server
case 3: its a bug maybe can have a little hope


BTW if you have done somthing like dupe tool you have been hacked and your login is in the hacker's database...

 

2 weeks ago i played normaly then i quitted bcoz i didnt have enough time for it and now i came back and see this shieeet

Items don't just dissapear.

* Hacked by someone maybe by sharing account info ?
* Visited false advertising credit sites were u filled in your account details ?
* Fake AM got ur info ?
* Visted sites to download hacks/cheats and gave you a keylogger virus ?
* Playing in net cafés and someone was able to hack you or gain acces to your account information ?
* Maybe your playing in the wrong server ?
* Maybe u were in possesion of many duped items wich got removed/deleted ?
* Tried a Real money trade or trading accounts for other games and you got scammed ?
* Your just pretending to be hacked maybe ? to get some items from AM's wich they don't restore anyways but just to try ?

* Many others methods could have happend ....

But accounts and characters do not simply dissapear there is always a reason for it and i doubt it has anything to do with the gamez database =) and your account is your own responsibility do i don't think you get anything back at all.

i had 2 full abg chars why would i need to visit fake advertising sites im not that stupid
also i can recognize fake ams
players with hax make me sick
i didnt had duped items
but the most stupid part is that all my chars got deleted

 

There is always a reason behind it , characters to not dissapear you and i know that.

I'm for 99% Sure you have done something wrong and btw i edited my previous post cause i added more points.

 

im not pretending to be hacked i dont need items lol (well i need now hahaha)
but what ever happened i dont care anymore im just gonna quit aion or find other server thats all...

i dont think a hacker delete chars blabla and let only twink, i hope is a bug and some1 can repair it. hackers dont loose time with delete chars ...whut about your tolls ,,u had vip all tolls gone? if some1 bought vip then is hax^^

 

Yea well i just posted the points what in 99% of the cases have happend.

It's not just a bug and it not just dissapear i have played online games for over 8 Years now and i never been hacked I only been scammed (thats not the same) once in a trade =P (not on this game) So yea..

Anyway as the rules say : Account = your own responsibilty and 99.99% out of 100 u won't get anything back.

But maybe you get lucky and one of the higher power AM's here can check it out or something.

Who knows.

 

the char u see in ss is new i created it again before someone take the name... i cant remember if i was vip also i got 600+ credits not enough for vip thats why im not sure what happened...
