Why?? Help me!

I have been playing the official server of Aion in English Europe. I decided to move to this server but when i log in the screen stucks when i select server... I have left it there for about 15 minutes and nothing happened... Can someone help me to solve this problem? (I have the client which is now live on Aion free to play [oficial server] i tried to open the updater but i get "Wrong call from updater":sad:) What can i do? Also can you help me a bit about the server cause i m new? Ty very much! :lol:

If memory serves European Aion (managed by Gameforge) has still not updated to 3.0

That means your client is severely outdated which is why you are unable to connect to our servers. In order to connect you will need to download the NA version of the game and then patch it with our Gamez launcher. You can find instructions for that on our connect page.

no do you need the NA client not the Eu . So please use the Ncsoft launcher set the region to North America and Install/update .
