Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

Not all my characters got transfered, and its kinda weird coz th eone i transfered last did, but the ones i transferred before didnt. naturally i started out with the most important one and then went down on the list...i hope it didnt get stuck in cyberspace..

 

You can only transfer one character at a time - this restriction is inplace to prevent potential misuse/load issues.

Wait about five minutes between transfers and it should be fine.

Actually it doesnt work anymore, since i "moved" all my chars on that accnt (but not all actually appeared on Gamez) its now saying my password for crystal is incorrect and ive tried retyping it 5 times now.

Try clearing your cache and doing it again, we just repaired a small error.

If the issue (You cannot transfer this account!) is still occurring after that please provide your Crystal and Gamez account names.

 

I'm having the some trouble... managed to transfer my cleric Paulablue but can't do it with my ranger Asmorina.
Receive the same message as Sherry. Well I will try again and again and will inform you staff members if anything unusual occurs.

jsut cleared it 3 times and done cc cleaner 3 times too and i still get the same issue =/

 

I'm having an issue where it says the character is not on my account even tho this is my first time using the transfer form and the character was there when I last played on Crystal. Is this also something being worked on or is it just me?

 

Crystal and GamezAion account names? You can PM me them if you want.

 

Kihaku have you double checked all usernames, passwords and char name is correct?

 

I have a little problem. I already filled up the form and saw the confirmation that my character Lithia will be transferred after 5 to 10minutes but it's more than 15minutes now and I still can't see her in my characters list in the website.

Also, my credits from Crystal Aion are successfully transferred to my Gamez Aion account but it actually did not add to my current Gamez Aion account. I had 350 credits in my Gamez Aion account before the transfer but it didn't add. If you need proof I can send it via PM.

/Edit: I just also noticed that my VIP Status on my Gamez Account is also gone. It seems like what happened is, my Gamez Aion account became my Crystal Aion account. I thought the merge means "putting together or combining" my 2 accounts, not replacing my account as it was in Crystal =.=

 

Yea, just to make sure I typed the incorrect password and it gave an error saying "your crystalaion account password is incorrect" so it's not the wrong info.

it started to work for me but now it stoped again sying i alrdy have an active transfer when that wa slike 30 min ago..

 

i want to know something.
i have 3 accounts in crystal
i can chose some characters in this 3 account to transfer for one?
all characters is same race and i want 7 of total

 

I'm having the same issue, it's being worked on.

 

Since you move characters, not accounts, that wouldnt be a problem, jsut create the amount of accnts u want to have and move the chars to them how ever u want.

I have a question since there seems to be a que now saying to many transfers in que pls try again later, how long will it be possible to transfer the characters? coz im working tomorrow and its soon 3 am here =/ im not even half done...
