Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

I'm having the same problem :
This character is not in your account.
• You cannot transfer with more than 7 players in your GamezAION account
• Your gamezaion account must be offline during the transfer
• If another player has the same name, "_UNK" will be added at the end of your name and you will be given a name change ticket
• You can register a Gamez AION account here

my account has 6 players and I can't do this with neither/none of them.

 

omg my char is on Test Servar plz move on Lumiel>>>>SHARLIN

 

i think its better if we stall the transfers for now till alente respond X_X

 

hi people, vlad and firewings are in test server too -.- like others in my accounts, and in my main account they restart my credits -.- i hope they fix this soon. sherry, try make the legion asap to recluit crysal members

 

I have alrdy made it and got 10 members alrdy =) Legion is Called Crystal Survivors

sherry is stills tuck on test server too, so is icecrystal and my cleric has vanished into thin air hahah...i dunno if i shall laugh or cry abt this lolz

 

My Lithia is also moved to the Test Server instead to Lumiel. Although unlike others, my Credits from Crystal was successfully moved (not merged) to my Gamez Aion account but lost 350 credits during the merge (which is the original credits I have on my Gamez account). LOL! I also lost my VIP status account which I wonder if will be given back >.<

Well, let's see any further updates about this. I am sure they're working hard to fix whatever is wrong with the merge.

dont wana be rude but does the admin's pay any atention to what's hapening ? i mean i haven't seen anything like ( we are working on this now please wait for further notice). and also 1 whole day passed and still allot cant move they characters including me.
and those who do move some of them get transfered to what it seems to be a remnant of crystal aion.
anyway i say again sorry for my rudeness but just wanted to point out some things that don't seem well elaborated

Previously I posted that my chanter wasn't transferring through, not long afterwards I logged onto my Gamez account. This halted the transfer process because you need to be offline to transfer characters. I logged off after 1hr and tried again and managed to transfer my remaining 3 characters over. Not sure if this will apply to everyone since my account transferred over pretty smoothly.

 

i had my account off and i also logged in to halt nothing progressed

 

Would be nice if someone would give these people some kind of answer so they would stop pming me asking for help. Just sayin'.

 

can't transfer my one and only spiritmaster Cordia from crystal to gamez, dis sucks T_T

 

seems some cant believe u left ur position and they still wana think ur still HGM XDDDDD u where the best ashlin

 

friends I have another problem, now whenever I want to transfer my character I get "You Already have an active transfer" I do in this case? and want to play and all this takes a long time xD HI ASHHHH!!! ¨¨

finally i found my 3 char on this test server too, now im a bit relieved, cuz i do not lost them.
just have to wait now till they transfer them to lumiel, hope it will be soon enough, and we can meet there .D

 

who have ur char stucked in Test Sever, just try to make the transfer form again. maybe it will say that have to much characters in transfer at first time. u just need wait for some hour and try again. i do it and i transfer my stucked char very well after 2 days trying XD.
hope it help u guys about stucket chars.
