Missing Bought Item

Char: Criistie, Chanter, 60

Last wednesday I bought an "Archon Brigade Generals Chain Hood" with my points on the site.
The points were deducted from the account but I'm still without it.
The delivery of items is delayed? Or it just happened to me?

Also, please delete two quest items from my inventory:
- temple access card
- taloc fruit

maybe your inventory is full that time when you purchase the item? or did u relog first or quit aion client before buying stuffs?

 

I haven't buyed anything by web site nowadays, but you should check your mail, and even your reward icon.
And about deleting campaing items, just SAM or higher can do it, and Puddles told me that the command is bugged atm.

 

I always wait some minutes before log in again. And there were many empty slots in the inventory.
I checked inventory, email and warehouse. =/

But now I logged in and I received it by email. =)
(The quest items still there though)

Also, the item that your missing.
To do anything about it if you could take screenshots of your webshop history (when you go to the add item link, click history. It will show you everything you've purchased)

From there we have to check some stuff so it could take a couple days to figure out what happened.

Either way, those items can be removed; just you need to be online to do so and send me a pm in game when I'm on as well.
