    I have lvl 28 char and i want to fight high lvl mobs in heiron but option is still not available in teleporter. am i missing something like a quest? if so what quest should it be?

    Finish quest at Verteron Citadel. Talk to Brigade general at that place and you can transport to heiron by teleporter.

    You have to active all the campaign quests, in this order, Verteron>Eltnen>Heiron
    Verteron actives Eltnen teleport and Eltnen actives Theobomos and Heiron.

    Make the campaing quest, u must talk with the generals from Verteron (1) nd eltnen (2) But I think that if you talk with the general from verteron alone u can go heiron ussing teleport

    True, When done with verteron, you can teleport to heiron.
