    Glorify's helm <333 lovely, Not sure bout the pricing but im pretty sure only 1 or 2 has them ingame. Also has this headgear on my GM toon

    They are rare on Siel, but as Momo said they are craftable.

    There aren't so much crafters on Siel, but I can tell you there are some of them that got veeery rich by crafting ;)
