AM/GM asking username and password

hello guys,

this issue bothers me about last night when me and my friend playing in certain map then suddendly <AION MASTER> guild popup then asking about checking my friends account: user and password for the purpose of checking whether we are using a third party software to hack (though we're not). But may I ask the audience/AM/GM about is this legit.

 

Impersonators, fake AM. AMs can know your ID, but not your password, if they ask for both, they are impersonators, if they ask only for password, the AM has been hacked. So, don't give away your personal information.

 

thats what we're thinking about that moment that he is asking about the info of our account .. we never give that accounts info and we told him that we are checking the GM online list then suddenly he vanished but we have a mistake of getting the ss of the person he move so fast like he is using speed hack. we saw that person in elyos where motion upgrade can be found at the port side..

 

And a SS of the chat/whispers?

 

Good, never ever give your account informations to random wanna be GMs (GM Impersonators) also, it wouldn't matter if he vanished so fast.It's the screenshot of his/her whisper that matters most.

 

arrrggg... we didnt get the ss of the chat either. but i still have the chat log in the aion folder ^_^ is that ok??

 

When you get a screenshot of the whispers, please post it on In-game reporting thread and he will not send that Whispers again.^^
