Merge problem, not all characters transfering?

    i try to much time to transfer im boring my char is in test server i try to transfer in other acont and transfering work but again in test server :(

    I tried to transfer the rest of my characters, and they all seemed to transfer ok, but I still have three problems:

    1) My main character "FERVID" is stuck in the test server, I have tried many times to push the transfer along, each time it says it was successful, but it doesn't not go to Lumiel, only test server.

    2) My account was full of characters because I have a crafting profession for each character.. I can't remember one of the characters, there must be a way to see the names of our characters from Crystal Aion so I can transfer it.

    3) I have over 8k credits from Crystal Aion, how do I transfer those??

    gamez sucks, i miss crystal, gamez is full of lag and cant do anything, our chars still in test and who knows if they gonna fix that, nothing works, is the same as in crystal, was a bad choice the fussion of this servers :( they never fixed the bugs here neither.
