[HGM] Daru Festival

~DARU FESTIVAL~​

Ohai! Be ready to collect, trade and join events, etc. for this new, fun and exciting event that will benefit those Event Enthusiast out there. Read carefully the mechanics and rules of the Event and have fun!

~Mechanics~​

Daru Festival is same on Daru days that created by the official Aion. Its fun to host it so why not do it here also in Gamez. The difference between the two is that Daru days is a quest base type while our Daru festival will be an event type of how to collect the item needed for the set.

So you need to join every event that will going to host by our AMs everyday and you will receive an additional reward which is [Event] Hay Cracker, Im the one who will going to distribute it. This is the item that you will need to collect in order to win a soft, fluffy and comfortable "Silver Daru Outfit/Set", and you can consume it also if you want because it has a nice heals on both HP and MP too ^^.

Daru Festival is a month long event that will start right now Saturday, July 28, 2012 based on my GMT w/c is +8 and will end on Sunday, August 26, 2012. So you must need to collect enough hay crackers early but not late on the said end date. There's also an option you can choose to change your hay cracker to a part that you need, simply PM me here on the forum and I will meet you ingame for the exchange.

Here's the equivalent hay crackers you need for every parts/set:

Silver Daru Fur Tunic - 65 pcs. of hay crackers
Silver Daru Fur Gloves - 63 pcs. of hay crackers
Silver Daru Fur Leggings - 63 pcs. of hay crackers
Silver Daru Fur Shoes - 63 pcs. of hay crackers
Silver Daru Fur Cap - 65 pcs. of hay crackers

Silver Daru Fur Outfit/Set - 300 pcs of hay crackers

Sounds like a fun event, but a tad impossible to accomplish.

 

How is it impossible? You have 30 days or so. Plus there are tons of events on Siel at least (no idea about how lumiel is with events now hehe) Sooo it's possible!!!!!!!!

 

From what I gathered, you get 10 crackers for winning a tourney. 10 crackers per tourney = 30 tourneys to get the set.

I think I see a tourney maybe once every 4 or 5 days, and maybe the occasional RvR or GvG.

Every event is going to be giving them at least in some form of number.

 

You cannot actually say its hard by just thinking/reading it, you need to try it.
Effort, Resourcefulness and Patience.

As zen as that may be, the difficulty lies in the amount of events hosted by the AMs which of late hasn't been that many. I cannot apply myself to the event if there is naught to apply to.

If you either increased the amount of hay crackers given per event or got the AMs to do more events each day, then my only criticism will be addressed.

 

Not to mention to get 300 pcs in 30 days. One has to win EVERY tourny and considering very few are hosted a day. If you can host 10 tournies a day, then that'll be fine since it wont be only 2-3 people getting the crackers

 

Yeah, I just used tourneys as the example though since that's the most time consuming and lucrative event. It takes around 2 hours to do both races if you don't run into any problems, the AMs get the most points from them, and first place in a tourney is the best prize offered for any AM hosted event.
