Because I was the administrator of the 1st Pristontale server in Xtremetop100 and I had X2 players then you have.
You're not answering ingame\forums, you're not even performing events...
Now really, the Asmodians didn't have an event for like 2 weeks! (and I'm serious)
The GMs are logged in only with their Elyos characters...
I know the GMs job, you're making it lots worst then it is.

Alente, if you really love this community,
You should stop only viewing threads dedicated to you without even replying or helping.
We really have to beg for help...

As I can see, the server didn't have any change since three months ago and it's still the same - laggy and unstable.

Mozes is a nice guy who stays up the whole night to help you guts and is mostly busy with Gamezmu(i know he stay almost up whole night because he lives same time zone and i saw him at 2 AM online

Temporay is some one who does things in the background like Mailing people for event prices.

 

Stop trying to make the GMs look good. Let them stand their assess up, and make themselves known.

 

The server is going to shit... that can't be argued.
What can be is the number of active GM's the inactivity of hiring new ones... and the dedication needed to fix the things causing the problems with this server.

#1) Crashes, lag, AI going to shit

#2) Hackers, yes hackers... due to the serious inactivity of
GM's, GM's being on their normal characters instead
of doing their jobs... IE Zodake, Bryne... alot of players
are taking advantage of this issue.

#3) Alante overwhelmed with his new responsibility of
fixing something that's almost impossible due to how many
blanket patches are thrown on this server instead
of any real dev coding done after the patches are put in for the bug fixes.

#4) Alante having to take time out of doing what ever one
wants and try and fix the server, to take the time to
hire new GM's... making sure they're capable of doing the job.
Not in it for the power, ego, or popularity; Like many GM's I
know of right now.

The fact is...

there's alot of players, very very very few GM's, and everyone
has a life. Be it in game or out, this makes for a very hectic
community to deal with right now.

Though the server is up 24/7, and players are always on every
minute of everyday does not mean that GM's are also.

Best way to deal with the server crashes, bugs, lag, and just
retardedness... is find something else to do when you have down
time... draw, read a book, write a poem, play your guitar, learn
to play a guitar, watch T.V. play a consol game, go for a walk,
call a friend, slap a friend, pick up a guide on how to be a true
pimp...

If the game is that important and you have nothing in life to do
but sit on a computer all day waiting for the game to come back up
cause it goes down for the 3rd time today... then you really need
to figure out a life pattern, make some goals, and work on them.

The sad fact is. no matter what is wrong no matter how many people wine.. or leave. there will alaways be more sucker. who get jiped outta there money and continue to play.. and anything most of you say.. wont change that.

 

I dont have anything to say against the current GM's but it's quite obvious that there is a lack of control for the size of this server.
