    NCC (noble coliseum champion) can't be bought at Arena and all level2 conditioning items.

    however, level55 with level1 conditioning available i think.

    yes.. and why?
    NCC can be buy as toll/credits, how come if NCC can be bought as normal crucible/courage insignias.

    By disabling certain functions ingame, he encourages players to vote. If he wouldn't do that, the server was probably not TOP #1 in voting sites, and probably you wouldn't have who to play with on the server. So stop complaining, somehow it's a good decision.
