Transfer Problem with server ( Lumiel for Siel )

    I'm trying a second time to transfer the account to the Siel and once again I'm not getting.
    3000 credits used Ja .. For the first time 1500 and was not .. 1500 now used more...

    I need transfer my char and receive my credit back ...
    because this transfer stole 1500 credits in first attempt ...

    Please see the logs of my movement on the site and see what I'm telling the truth ..

    char = Jooey




    the second the credits more try again.
    but the first attempt last Thursday, did not return my credits.

    I see that 1500 credits were returned, missing now for the transfer of 1500 Siel taken in the first attempt to transfer.
