SW vs ??

Ill keep it short n to the point, is stormwing still the best set for magic resist? if not id love to know what is. ty c:

SW is not good at all for magic resist,even if you socket a sh*tload of Mr manastones.
Oh and ye,EAC/ACD's are better.

yep...donate $300 for full EAC OR AC SET (^_^")

 

think of it... if the value of peso goes down vs dollars like for example 1$=1php, we can buy eac set for only 300 pesos lol hehehe just a thought though

 

Sw is a decent basic set, not all ppl donate for the toll sets. Besides that you can farm colliseum armors in the arena and get a lvl 60 set of those with magic surpression + pvp stats.

So if you dont wanna donate, stick to SW for pve and start farming the arena for pvp set :w00t:

If ya know how to play you will still be able to win against noobs using daddys credit card. Ofc not against PROs with a credit card tho...

i don't know this arena thing. i only know arena in same race pvp.

 

my character is temp and i used sw plateset and my partymate is assassin full abg we go together in heiron and silentera but he died first. Eventhough u have a noob set and know how to bind your skills you can win.^_^

 

nothing wrong with it, you're a templar, you must be the last to be killed coz ya know, soft class will be the first target then lastly the tankers.

 

Arena is good, jsut sign up and it will randomly group ya with someone (same or opposite race) and there are always ppl who wanna fight (Thank God) also, the new lvl 60 instances are supposed to be available since yesterday omg. those sets are kinda like sw but with magic surpression, so u can go for that isntead of sw

Your armor sets are not important here nor is whether you've bound your skills.
Let's take a look at what you've said:

Let's see if we can determine why your friend died first. Templar is always the last target in every multi-player fight. If there is no cleric, quite often ranger/sin are the first.

This most likely had nothing to do with skill level or gear. If he was a templar and had full abg plate you would almost certainly be 'dying first'. Though again I must stress there's much more to it than your armor.

 

The arena is available at certain times per day, for m at gmt + 1 its 7 pm and 1 am. The npcs are always there, so u can check the gear, preview and calculate how many times u need to fight. u can get 1 ticket / day / char over lvl 50. tickets arnt trradable between players and accnt unless ur vip. so if u really wanna do this as fast and effective as poss i recomend to jsut have alts that gather tickets and put in accnt wh and grab em on yer main. You always get a reward even if u loose, and u get itsy bitsy ap too.
