Simple, I'd take over the world. But you have to be discreet about it. You know, manipulate everyone. It's a new idea in politics, but it might just work. In America, there is no such thing as idiocracy you see...

 

I would insert sleeper ninjas everywhere and when they time comes they would all assassinate and/or abduct they're high value targets all at once.

I would also use a powerful nanomite super weapon like in the GI Joe movie but since I really mean business I would do a lot more with it than attack France.

Well if they actually did anything other than surrender all the time then things would be different. Ironic in that the name France is actually derived from the Francisa which is an axe used by the barbarian tribes that first settled there. They wanted a homeland and so took over the area that is modern day France using the Francisa which is a devastating weapon that is effective close in and SUPER EFFECTIVE when thrown. It was specifically designed so that it could bounce or skip along the ground and then pop back up at unpredictable angles causing devastation to everything in it's path. Now imagine an entire army of big angry guys throwing these things.

How Francians went from big angry dudes with big throwing axes to surrendering sissies that like crumpets and tea is one of the great mysteries of life.
