The Bourne movies are confusing especially with the Treadstone stuff. The main thing is that there was a big conspiracy involving Treadstone tires where they made an extremely advanced new tire and a Nascar driver stole the technology for it so he can make his own super advanced Treadstone tires and win every race and back on the secret agent side of things the secret agent leader figured it out and instead of stopping it he just bet on the driver with the new Treadstone tires and won every bet.

Things get even more complicated when other countries find out through espionage and some get in on the betting and thus make a huge Nascar betting ring all based on those new advanced Treadstone tires while other countries try to steal the tires for themselves to give to their own racecar drivers so THEY can win all the races and bring racing glory back to their native lands. You may have to watch them more than once to fully understand it all.

As always you lack the sense to read context, while is true what you say that density is what makes something dependent if floats or not. My example used the TITANIC! which by the way was a vessel made of steel and mostly high density materials, so its density was implicit in the example, thus its still valid, the size thing is not irrelevant because it was indeed a big ship made of dense materials.
