It makes me sad that they haven't shown reruns of it here in NZ in ages and when they do its on when i can't watch TV.

I'd watch breaking bad as well if it wasn't on at 10-11pm at night -_- anyways ill probably one day get around to downloading it or something, i tried watching it once and didn't get what was going on, i think its one of those programs that you have to follow from the very start.

Yeah, it's a continuing TV show and doesn't have standalone episodes. I don't even get AMC on my network anymore, so I just torrent it like most people. I definitely suggest you watch it, but I do warn that it is much more slow-burn than other shows. It's a damn great show, but some people just can't handle things that may be a bit more slow-paced than they are used to.

"This season, Breaking Bad was more than a good thing; it was a great thing where performance, *direction, concept, and *hallucinatory New Mexico location photography all came together with the power of a bomb wired to a wheelchair. Bryan *Cranston and Aaron Paul turned in the best performances I've seen in years, and Giancarlo Esposito (as Gus Fring) is simply the best villain ever on a *continuing TV show. The ultimate showdown between Gus and Walter is mythic, the outcome simultaneously satisfying and completely surprising. Breaking Bad has now surpassed The Sopranos, and, although I love Steve Buscemi, HBO's Boardwalk Empire isn't even in the running.Breaking Bad is an American classic."

    Stephen King.

On that ground alone you should watch it.
