Just want to say:

GamezAION (SIEL) lost the most active/friendly/helpful AM in-game.
He is the one who ALWAYS helped me with any issues/questions i have with elaborated answers, not like others who just ignored me or says yes/no.

Honestly, we lose the best AM at this time (In-game).

carl and alente who are heads of the staff simply dont care about the actual staff. hmgs, sams, ams and amts, they just simply do what is written in the application and heads dont care whether it is done or not. the only way to get them notice is you a little bit is start blabring in chat room, other else, w/e you do, how hard you work, they simply dont care! I am really sorry for kruno he indeed was a great amt and should have been promoted to an am long time ago instead of demoting, and kruno dont break your heart

ohwell today i got totally dissapointed in staff. B4 somehow i was trying to find a reason why they keep doing stupid shit like tht n messing with players while we pay em shitloads of money wich doesnt even worth. I always was like yh yh they keep trying make it better maybe it's just not working out as fast as we want it but still.. blah blah.

Kinda stupid demoting an amt for having contact with a hacker or w.e.
If u got proof that he is hacking go fckning ban him DONE! Kruno somehow hasn't found out about it and Kruno is just AMT TRAINEEE he CAN make mistakes he is ALLOWED! And i dont think tht he made tht much mistakes.
Beside evrrything tht hacker was my ex-legionmate and he never show up any bad things in legion and nothing about hacking or w.e. and personal i like tht guy as a friend. He knows alot and he help alot that's all.

Also u all might hate me but idc i just wanna say tht alot of AM's ( not all!) is very unfriendly when u ask em questions in game online. They doesnt have enough knolwage about game stuff like question pve pvp w.e. new stuff etc. Wich is very very dissapointing. All they know is how to be rude to players and ban em. Oh yah and close threads on forum ( i wont even comment tht).
Till now i know only few am's tht doing their work fine. Well yh kruno was amt but one of those in my list and i was actually waiting for his promotion bcz then he could help much more with more privileges ,more functions to help.
AND YES! KRUNO is my friend! wanna troll about it ? go ahead! I love him as a friend and as good and very helpfull amt ( epicly more helpfull then loads of other am's).

Im officialy stop donating bcz im playing gw2 it's different game i love it and it has nothing to do with aion but i wanna say tht there u get rlly professional support it u spend less money for it ( compare how much u have to donate for gamez gear/acces/costumes/w.e. and what kind of support u get. They seems doesnt even care tht alot of players in this server r still students wich is very sad).
