Aion (4.0) first new class (gunner)

im just saying, when u compare all the classes and most of the stuff in game, it doesnt make much sense!!! I didnt say it wasnt cool, just awkward lol... kinda like putting wheels on a snow mobile and driving it on a road, it is possible, but it dont make sense and isnt suppost to be like that...

 

I think they said only 2 classes are announced atm. 1 class is secret. I didn't know there was a dancer, thought they said musician o_o. the gunner looks cool btw xD

 

hahahaha if there's a DANCER there is a MUSICIAN.. its hard to dance without music duh ^^ ..

 

I hear they call that "Science Fantasy'. Everything isn't as Black and White as you think it is.

 

Think of the game update episodes as major chapters symbolizing time progression.

1.0: Aether only used for large structures such as Abyss Castle shields, floating land masses. Abyss weapons were only in the early development stage shown by the close relation to Balaur weaponry shapes.

2.0: Aether Technology was used to advance smaller agile objects such as Flying Battle Ships and artifact barriers. Abyss weapons begin to forge a more refined form and shape.

3.0: Technology advanced again into even more compact forms of Hover Bikes and Mass produced Siege cannon. Abyss weapons combined with Reian technology, once again the shape is less dynamic and more refined.

4.0: It can be deduced that technology has advanced to be able to convert cannons into smaller form like guns.

 

u got a point bro ..so who will be the scientist that discover the GUN? hehe^^..

The guns don't even look that techy and badass, they designed it so they fit in with the rest of the classes lol

How bad will this affect gameplay? Theyre ranged. Just like how 3/4 other classes are

 

So new classes very good. Gladiators will gladly enjoy raping them.

 

it was a collaboration between lady ariel and zikel.. coz they want to boom boom pow tiamats ass..

 

And next we'll have gundams and mecha stuff in aion.. I can live with every update they'll throw it's not like I'll be a loss if ever I quit because of an update. I'll live with it.

Srsly the order of class supremacy should be like this if ever:

MAGIC>GUNS>BOW>SWORDS/STAFF/SPEAR>BRAWLER>MUSIC Class

After reading other forums, I think I understand why there is 3 new classes instead of 4.
We all were thinking the new Gunner and Dancer would slot into the existing 4 categories.
However what if the last class was simply another preliminary starter class like scout, priest, mage, warrior.

 

wat ever class they will add.. all u nid to do is .. choose wat class u like .. THE END.. ^^

Don't worry, generally this happens to people. There will be those who fully opposes the introduction of a new implementation they feel strongly is out of place despite otherwise. Then when the update eventually comes, most will learn to adapt to this change. It is in our nature to be afraid of changing environments cause of the unknown possibilities it may present.

When Remove Shock was introduced, it revolutionize the gameplay completely. Most Assassin players hated it since it force them into a corner into changing their styles. Then UD was changed to no longer give absolute immunity, once again this changed player's stability of playing warriors causing highly controversial debates. This new installment is the same thing. The process is been repeated, just through a different representation.

 

If Aion transform in an shooter from an rpg this mean aion die fast!is a crap with this guns and new chars and SF things!if nc make this aion die in a ugly mode in future and fast!!!!omg what a idiots!

 

if they put a brawler. fist to face type of class,
then ill be excited for Aion again.

 

I don't know why so many people are upset about 'guns'. It is a natural progression from cannons no? A hand-cannon if you will, seeing as how we have siege cannons and space ships with guns mounted on them I don't think it's straying too far from the 'lore'.
