Credits Problem

Hello everyone, sorry for my bad english but i'm not a native.
I had an older account on Gamez which i voted and I acquired about 1300 vote points. Last week I started playing on Gamez with a Ranger and I reached lvl 60. Yesterday i received a mail in game from Gamez staff which I got a code and with that code i could go to gamezaionhelper. tk to complete and to insert the reward code. I selected the amount of credits i insert the code and send the message.Bellow I saw that message "An mail has been sent to your email account" or something like that. Now when i logged in on Gamez i saw that i have only 100 credits left and i didnt reveice any message on my email account. Please can somebody tell me what's the problem here? Thank you.

Yep, it's a scam. NEVER follow links like that ever. There are also posts around in the reports section, just look around. Basically anything offering free credits or free anything is a scam, don't do it.

Sadly GM's can't replace the credits because, not to sound harsh, it was your fault. If you get that mail look in the report forms and find other peoples pictures, if you don't see the username of the person that sent you that letter in any of the other topics, take a screenshot and report it so they can prevent this from happening to others in the future.

Edit: yah like Guiilleh said, I'd check you're account. They probably nabbed something there to.

And yeah, the staff doesn't do stuff like that, and you can't log in on any web page but gamezaion.com.

 

Well, that's the mail. I hope players will see this and ignore messages like those. Luckly i did not lost any item insted i lost some running scrolls x300

Wow, they have even resorted to these despicable means to get items/credits from others who have so took so much pains to get their items. What is this world coming to?

As for you, player, i think you're one of the few who is taking this well even after being scammed, and i admire you for your spirit. Remember to change your password and dont believe others so easily again. Good luck
