HELP!!!! Can't fly!

    Hello! Today I started playing Aion on this server, however I cannot fly... I tried everything, re-installing the game, make a new char, reinstall your client, making a character on other side, and I saw a simmilar topic that said you should change your "System.OVR to ng_freefly = "1" which i did, still nothing... When I try to fly it just keep saying "You cannot fly in this area" Any help would be good :)
