As has been said time and again "No target" is a bug, not a hack. PM a GM ingame or take a vid of him abusing the bug. Sitting around in pande isn't really "Abusing" the bug.

You should have checked to see that you could target him before duel began, it's not like the no target bug is a great secret or anything. That's another point towards you being retarded.
