i think what you did falls under bug abuse (blind leap). As the rules stated below, 3rd offense will be sanctioned as perma ban. You might wanna check the Ban Info in you're online profie (website) under Ban System and do the dispute from there.

Login into Gamezaion.com and make your ban appeal from there..its a lot effective that way.

to Testify....... I've tried it ........ but there is only one answer that stated that I was really guilty and deserve it ....... but this is what I did the first time and immediately got banned permanently ......

 

if you think it's worth disputing for, then you can PM any of the GM, one thing i know about this kind of thread, they'll just gonna close it . if you think its a mistake then you might wanna prove it to them..
