So ... rollback thing

i lost ABG shield +15 because of rollback few days ago ... i know i don`t have evidence , and i don`t expect to get it back .
BUT !!
At least i wanna know what happens to my item ... it`s going back to the previous owner , no ? Cause i wanna see if the seller is trustable or a random guy and he will lie that he doesn`t have shield in his inventory back ... so tell me what`s the mechanics on the rollback @ gamezaion , because i don`t wanna argue with someone without a solid reason .

I believe the only one that can track items is Carl, Karissa, and Alente. You have to be patient, I'll send this thread to Alente once he gets on. You will most likely lose your item since you have no proof, but if Alente is able to track it and the original owner responds that he sold it to you, he might get the transaction going and give you back your item.

 

well , if they`re kind enaugh to do such thing , considering that they prolly think i`m rich enaugh so it doesn`t matter to me if i lose a shield (though i`m just a regular player , they should just help if they can <3 ), the character name i bought this was either Cavi or Neynity . One of those chars , both are same person but traded two things one from a char one from another , so i don`t remember exactly ^^

hmmm , i just got another idea , maybe i should search in the chat log and make a printscreen if i can find the moment i traded it ...

it was my ABg helm remodeled vs one ABg weapon or the shield ... i can`t remember if the shield was in first or second deal .

i hope those are enaugh proofs / it helps to search the item id , imo tracking those id would also help what is happening with the so called "rollback`d items"

 

That shield will be long gone now actually, the character Cavi is an alt of someone I banned yesterday for scamming ;p

i just showed you the id of the items i received ? one of them is that shield , i know it and you prolly know it too , it`s easy to confirm :sad:

 

Those IDs are the item codes not the unique IDs, they cannot be used for tracking.

I cannot confirm the location of your shield therefore it cannot be returned.

 

then ... believe me because i`m a good person and never lied / scammed when it`s about trades ? cause i suppose i can`t provide those codes :unsure:

Did you replaced some rollback`ed items until now ? if yes , how did they proved they had them , only if they were bought with credits ?

 

Item restoration is actually extremely rare after rollbacks, it's not something I believe can be proved with anything except donations since I can actually track those.

I could count the amount of times it's been done on one hand.

As far as your shield goes there's no way to confirm it and I have no faith in the nature of humanity.
