You need to build muscle. Get some protein in your diet and start a weight lifting program. You don't really even need to do anything all that fancy. Just doing simple exercises such as pushups at home will benefit you greatly.

I remember back in Highschool my friends and I used to use the term "Morbidly Obese" as slang because it sounded cool.
Like "Dude that ****ing movie was morbidly obese."

I can appreciate people who accept and respect their body size (at a reasonable weight, not obese) and still strive to remain healthy.

I however cannot stand people, especially within the dating scene, that revel in their weight and act like they have a "get out of jail free" pass because of it. One example of this is the coinage of the term "Big beautiful woman". I don't know who was the person that needed the self-esteem boost so bad that they had to think of this term, but it annoys me every time I see it. Sure, someone fat may in cases be beautiful, I'm not shallow and I enjoy people for their personality, their hygiene and face. There's a point at which too big is just ugly but I try to remain open minded. Still, those people are not by default "big beautiful women". They're fat. Half of them use it as a weapon, as if its something to be proud of. Again its nice for people to be accepting of their body, but being fat or overweight is not something to be proud of, and there's a huge difference that people need to recognize.

The second part of that is how entitled these people feel. Often because they're using that term, they feel like they're entitled to a male that's 10/10 on the attractiveness scale. Skinny, muscular, perfect face, etc., when in reality they should realize that people have to be accepting of their weight to date them, so they should be accepting of others, not just "OMG WHERES MY BRAD PITT SO HE CAN FEED ME STICKS OF BUTTER MMMMM"

Anyway, I can see TV is still decaying, but as far as the basic point goes, yes, people need to take care of themselves more, the health risks are obvious, but when it comes down to it there also needs to be more respect for those that may not lose the weight easily, as long as they take care of themselves in other manners, and don't expect privileges for their weight.

I think a lot of people also forget to consider the other people around them.

When you're at a size at its extremes, your presence does threaten people and cause them to feel uncomfortable, so while so many physically unhealthy people are continuing to destroy every opportunity they have to fit back in the healthy range, there are people avoiding them and i can see why.

Ignorance of consideration and an acceptable lifestyle leads to a disrespected body, it's yours guys... Present it appropriately

Of course, this doesnt apply to a lot of people, majority of the people i know who have experienced bulimia, anorexia, obesity and eating disorders in general have done beyond a great job in regaining fragments to a healthy body. Patience is lovely.

    WRONG!

You need to have a good diet and a proper workout regimen of both strength training and cardio. Building muscle will in fact also boost your metabolism and make it EASIER to burn the fat. So you need to build up your muscles WHILE burning your fat.

I couldn't agree more regi, btw your sig is way too funny.

    this was my diet schedule:

    big breakfast - 8am
    snack (a fruit or two) - 10am
heavy lunch (vegies, protein) - 12pm
    snack (a fruit or two) - 2pm
    Light dinner (vegies) - 4pm
    snack (a fruit or two) - 6pm

and I was done for the day, I had to fight midnight cravings lol.

Naaaaaaaaah who needs workout??? Seriously...im 170 cm and weight 125 ib...(57 kg) and im not very young either, yet never work out (i have somewhat a gym phobia) Obviosuly i dont have lots of muscle, but i consider msyelf healthy and i am even a bit stronger than many of the guys i know that actually work out and are both taller and heavier than I am.

All it takes is a semi healthy diet. I dont eat memals (cow, pig, lamb etc) only fish and chicken/turkey. Not duck nor goose either. I eat spicy food (like very very very spicy) and spicy food is good for the methabolism. Chilli, jalapeños, habanero etc.

I also eat alot of veggies and garlic and stuff thats good for ya and makes ya fill full way faster than some otha shit food. Many of vitams need fat to be absorbed, so dont go light. I eat lots of cheese *yum*

I do love pizza tho, but even that, isnt that unhealthy if ya pick to have the right things on it.

I rarely drink sodas and coke and stuff. No sugar in mah coffe and i dont eat candy. Sometimes i eat peanut/chocolate cookies but i get super thirsty after just one so thankfully one is all i can eat / day. I also drink LOTS and LOTS of water.

I drink lots of red wine, wich is both good and bad for the weight. alcohol = calories but some ingridients in red wine actually helps the methabolism, so if ya gonna drink, drink red wine. happens to be mah favourite anyway, so guess im lucky =)

So yeah, u can stay healthy and thin w/o working out nor having some power bars blagh blagh blagh

    57 kgs at 170 cms :0

You have to keep a good ratio of both eating and working out, regardless of how healthy the foods you eat are. You eat all that and how do you get rid of it?
I really do recommend doing at least a jog around the block or 20 minutes of cardio at least a day so the fat you get from processed foods burn.
Lol alcohol, eat before you drink that crap. One thing i learnt, you won't have an appetite for anything after consuming large amounts of alcohol -.-

Also just wondering, i think it may apply for only few people but i know people who eat LOADS in general. When they workout, theyre much bigger in muscle mass. Eating bigger portions and working out = Bigger body?

A bit of cardio is always good, no matter what. A+ recommendation! It doesn't even have to be for burning fat, its just great for you in general.

Also don't ejaculate when you're trying to build muscle, or you will lose a lot of protein.

Well i dont eat *ALOT* first of all...since i eat kinda slowly and i chew very well, so theres not much to get rid off anyway. Good methabolism helps and as i told you before there are stuff u can eat to gain better metabolism, also spices help. When i cook and spice it like i like it myself, no one i know can eat it w/o gettin on fire lawl

Jogging isnt really the best thing either ya know...ya have to have some really really good jogging shoes and tryto jogg on something softer than concrete or rocks coz its bad for the knees and the whole boddy structure to run on veyr hard ground. I alrdy have a bad knee since a year back (party accident) so jogging is not an option. I take long walks sometimes, in the woods or near the ocean...and you burn just as much claries by walking fast =) and yeah i kinda walk fast in general and i run between the car and my house/office. and i even run around in my house (not for fun but when im going to get something or going up or down) tho i doubt that help coz u have to get the temperature up for 30 mins to actually burn some fat....

But as i said, this works for me, coz im not looking for beeing "big". Body building is just not for me and i dont think those bodys are attractive. I like the way i look, im 26 and look 19 :w00t:
