Help with recovering old account?

Dear GamezAion staff,

I was a devoted player of GamezAion back in 2010- early 2011. I was somewhat well known by the GMs and the top guild at the time, named 'The Illusionist.' No matter how hard I have tried to log in to what I believe to be my old account, I cannot seem to find the right username or password. I spent upwards of $400 USD on my old account and had a LOT of valuable items and billions of kinah, which would be very hard to recover if I decide to rejoin. I still have the email I used to create the account, as well as all my character/server info; I was really hoping staff might work with me a little to see if the account and/or characters were still there in the server's files, and if so, recovering them. I would appreciate any type of assistance.

Then why the hell is my forum account still active? I was able to log in to it....seems to me like if they could save forum accounts they would be able to save in-game accounts, cause those are like a LOT more important.

 

forum accounts and aion accounts are different..

by deleting inactive game accounts 6-7 months old that were not used for that time they clean the database

 

I honestly can't believe I wasted that much money on this game. What was I thinking... anyway thanks for the quick reply but I'll wait for a GM's opinion until I throw in the towel once and for all.

 

hes right, they cant recover something that no longer exists. they COULD check donation records for it to give u the stuff on a new account, however im not aware of them having done that in the past so dont get ur hopes up.

logging into the website at least once in the 6-7 month time period is enough to make an account appear "active" and prevent deletion, u dont have to login ingame

i said they could, i didnt say they will even consider it they do have the logs lol
