    dunno but now i play with CC mace since it gives casting speed

    difference with ncc is remodel and 1 condition which is useless to me ;p

    IMO, Vasharti mace is better than NCC as for healing mace. 6slotted (prolly) 9% casting speed, I don't mind the absence of PvP attack since am using staff for attacking.
