Help i cant log in may character

    PLS HEKP cant open may character kanadetachibana cleric when i click my character all ways say preparing to reconnect the selected character max.20 sec aim waiting for 30min nothing happen

    ME TOOO I CANT LOGIN all ways say preparing to reconnect the selected character max.20 sec ... BUT IM WAITING FOR 15MIN AND DONT WORK PLS HELP =(

    hmm I think it's general problem.. I am having this same problem also, I thought it was caused after buying one item on website.
    thanks for sharing this thread, I'm looking forward when they will fix it

    ps.that problem is just at one character and not at whole account

    Problem here has been solved. But the item which was purchased is not in inventory what's going on? I bought via website.

    how did you solved it? i did not buy any items at all, i remember i was dc and when i try to log back in this is what happen need to reconnect for 20mins

    any help for this problem .. RECONNECT!

    why i cant log in my asmo char name UPHEAVIAL siel server. .its says preparing for reconnect the selected char i have good stuff in there im badly needed that char...any help for this GM.... fix this bug, this is serious problem ..
