    He is using an insignia which reduces damage by 50%. It shouldn't do that, its bugged, but it does do that.

    I killed him a while ago 1vs1 and stayed with half hp without insignia, and he is tuff yeah, using insignia, probly a good abg full set.

    ANd yeah another bug! No aps. I kileed after him like 10 more asmos no aps. I had to relog.
