Can't use last stigma slot

Hi, as you may read the thread's title, I can't use my last stigma slot, I did the quest that gives 750 stigmas, I did that like at lvl 40/50 or so, and I was lvling up, when I reached lvl 60 I went to put all my stigmas, but I've noticed that i can't use the last stigma slot, I got a picture here so u can see it..

P.S: I've paid dual race account and transfered an asmo from Siel to Lumiel.

There is a quest you must do, new characters have to do it is in gelkmaros fortress, go to the stigma tuner and see if he offers you a navy blue quest that has as a reward a "stigma slot" and thats how you get the last one.

 

I was trying to make a blue quest at Panda about Stigma slot but I need 20 groggie or something like that, I'm gonna try the one you told me at Gelk, thanks bro

 

the 20 groggie thingies are easy, just head to the entrance of steel rake and take the light blue quest from the vendor it will ask you to hunt some dionae from brushtonin is really reasy man.

 

Yeah, but that one just gives 10 - I need 10 more :# - btw I was doing the quest u told me to, I had to go to Taloc's Hollow - there's one boss bugged so I couldn't finisht the quest yet
