Nope, it's GW2 alright and been banned for about 8-9 days so far. Only had the game for like 11 days. ArenaNet took the money from the creditcard then claimed the purchase was fraudulent and banned my account. They're claiming I have to buy a new copy of the game because the key I obtained was obtained fraudulently. This while the key was directly bought of their own website and I showed proof of that. Yet they still claim that I have to try to buy a key from their website... instead of buying it from their website like I did ! They have not yet refunded the money and refuse to look into it really, all you get are copy-paste messages on your ticket saying the same thing over and over again. Even F2P games have better support than theirs really.

Now they proudly announced how they "banned 1600 bots" while a hefty majority of those 'bots' are actual players. There's over 100 pages of wrongful bans accuiring help.... People that had only played for less than 5 minutes go banned for botting. And now another issue arrised yesterday, now they have the invite people for a free trial thing. Everyone that bought the code directly from ArenaNet after that period started has received a friend invite serial key instead of the complete game key. In other words they are paying 60 bucks for a 9 day trial because of ANOTHER mistake in the official shop from ArenaNet. This is getting too retarded for words xD

 

So, apparently I'm a greedy coward because I don't buff people who whine and moan for buffs, and go to the point of spamming my pm's for buffs.
